Professional Practice

Megale was President of ANFAVEA – Brazilian Association of Automakers Manufaturers – and of SINFAVEA – Brazilian Trade Union of Automakers Industry for years 2016 to 2019, and Vice President of ANFAVEA from 2006 to 2022.

He began his career on 1981 at FORD, and after passed by Autolatina, where worked as product development engineer, product planning specialist, after sales supervisor and marketing manager. Megale worked as product planning manager and marketing manager on Chrysler between 1997 and 2000 and as marketing and institutional relations director on Renault until 2008, when he began his activities on Volkswagen.

Antonio Megale was also director of governmental affairs on Volkswagen do Brasil from  2008 to 2022.

Antonio Megale was President of AEA – Brazilian Automotive Engineering Association, for two administrations – from 2011 to 2014 and is currently chairman off the board of AEA.
