• He graduated in Business Administration at Catholic University Santa Maria de los Buenos Aires, Argentina. MBA degree also from IAE (Austral University Argentina).

Job

• Started at Bosch Group in 2000 in a JMP Program in Buenos Aires Argentina.
• As of 2002, he moved to Spain as Finance and Controlling manager for plant Treto, in Santander (manufacture of starter motors and generators).
• In 2004, he returned to Argentina as Commercial Manager for Bosch Group in the country.
• In 2008, he became Finance and Controlling Director of the plant in Curitiba Brazil (manufacture of Diesel systems) and executive of the division Diesel Latin America.
• In 2010, he become Finance and Controlling Vice President of Bosch Group for Latin America.
• In 2015, he moves back to Argentina as Regional President of Bosch Group for LAM South Region (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia).
• In July of 2019, he took over as Senior Vice-President of Bosch Group Latin America (CFO) and member of the Board of Management of Bosch Latin America.
• Since January 2023, Mr. Gaston become President and CEO of the Bosch Group Latin America.
