• Martin has begun his career as calibration engineer for gasoline engine management control systems right at Bosch Japan in 1995
• He quickly got the chance to come back to Germany to manage customer projects for the same segment.
• After a successful career as project manager, he took over the lead of Engineering Department of Calibration including Testing Facilities and Project Management Engine Management Systems – Bosch Japan
• Back in Germany Martin got the assignment of Department Head Engineering Customer Projects Electronic Control Units
• In 2014, he got the role of Vice President, Head of Passenger Car system engineering and Regional Business Unit leader for electrification in Japan
• In 2020 he was honored with the duty of Senior Vice President Engineering Powertrain System Solution; Head of System Engineering with worldwide responsibility for the market segment Passenger Car – Bosch Germany
